My name is Mark Hughes Hamric, owner of TLH Ventures, Inc. dba Austin Appraisal Factory. I am a Certified FHA/USDA Residential Real Estate Appraiser serving the Austin area since 2003 with a vision to provide the highest level of service to my clients.
